PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antibodies containing one or more modular recognition domains (MRDs) used to target the antibodies to specific sites.SOLUTION: An antibody and an MRD are operably linked through a linker peptide. The linker peptide has a peptide length between 2 and 20 or between 4 and 10, or a peptide length between about 4 and 15. The MRD is operably linked to the C-terminal end or N-terminal end of the heavy chain of the antibody. A target of the MRD is a cellular antigen. The target of the MRD includes an integrin and CD20.【課題】特異的部位に抗体をターゲティングさせるために使用される1つまたは複数のモジュラー認識ドメイン(ＭＲＤ)を含む抗体の提供。【解決手段】抗体およびＭＲＤは、リンカーペプチドを介して機能的に連結される。リンカーペプチドは、２～２０の間もしくは４～１０の間のペプチド長、または約４～１５ペプチド長である。ＭＲＤは、抗体の重鎖のＣ末端あるいはＮ末端に機能的に連結される。ＭＲＤの標的は細胞性抗原である。ＭＲＤの標的はインテグリン、ＣＤ２０を含む。【選択図】なし
