According to an aspect of the disclosed embodiments, a tomography apparatus is provided. The tomography apparatus includes a data obtaining part for photographing the tomographic image of a moving object and obtaining raw data representing the object and an image processing part which reconstructs a first tomographic image representing the object with respect to a first slice section in a first phase from the raw data, uses motion information indicating the three dimensional motion of the object with respect to time, and reconstructs a second tomographic image in a second phase different from the first phase with respect to the first slice section of the object. The second phase is a phase which is out of a reconfigurable phase interval from the raw data.
