PURPOSE: A dumpling molding apparatus is provided to improve molding ability and sealability of molded dumplings by separately molding and sealing the dumplings. CONSTITUTION: A dumpling molding device (100) molds dumpling skins filled with dumpling stuffing into molded dumplings. A dumpling sealing device (200) seals the molded dumplings molded by the dumpling molding device. A bed (102) includes a first hollow hole on the center. A main molding member includes a body unit with a wrinkle molding unit for molding wrinkles on the dumpling skins. A lower pusher includes a lower molding member which pushes the molded dumplings to the upper side of the main molding member. An upper pusher includes an upper molding member which is fixed to the tip-end of an upper elevation shaft. A first sealing pad (230) pressurizes one sealed portion of the molded dumplings for sealing.
