PURPOSE: A good luck pouch type dumpling molding apparatus is provided to produce molded dumplings with complex shapes. CONSTITUTION: Dumpling molding frames (110a,110b) mold dumpling skins filled with dumpling fillings into good luck pouch type dumplings. A housing (140) is installed on the lower side of the dumpling molding frames. An arm member (130) is installed on the housing, and rotates to the constant angle. A sealing member (120) rotates with the arm member, and presses a sealing unit of the good luck pouch type dumplings. A first arm (131) is for mounting the sealing member on the upper side. A second arm (132) is connected to the rear side of the first arm. A third arm (133) is installed on the lower side of the first arm for operating the sealing member. A first contacting member (134) is installed on the rear side of the second arm, and contacts a rail member. A second contacting member (135) is installed on the lower side of the first arm to be connected to the third arm.
