The present invention relates to a ginseng steaming apparatus for preventing saponin loss and, more specifically, to a ginseng steaming apparatus for preventing saponin loss, including a water tank connected to a lower side of a housing having a ginseng holding part therein, where the ginseng is steamed by steam made by heating stored water in the water tank or by heating water through a heat wire, and the steam is supplied to an air flowing pipe formed in water, thereby heating air by taking heat out of the water while discharging the heated air to the inside of the housing, maintaining uniform air in the housing while discharging saturated steam to the outside through an air discharging part when the housing is full of saturated steam and preventing condensed water from contacting the ginseng.본 발명은 사포닌 유실 방지 증삼기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게 내부에 인삼거치부가 수용된 하우징 하측에 결합되는 수조를 포함하며, 상기 수조 내부에 수용된 물이 증기 또는 열선을 통해 가열되어 발생된 증기로 인삼을 증숙하되, 물속에 형성된 공기유동관으로 공급되어 물과의 열교환을 통해 가열된 공기가 하우징 내부로 분출되어, 하우징 내부 공기를 균일하게 유지시킬 뿐만 아니라, 하우징 내부가 과포화 상태가 되면 공기분출부를 통해 과포화 증기를 외부로 분출시켜 인삼에 응축수가 닿지 않도록 함으로써, 사포닌이 유실되는 것을 방지하는 사포닌 유실 방지 증삼기에 관한 것이다.
