PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method capable of producing bread crumb having texture, even after using an electronic oven in reheating of oil-fried food.SOLUTION: A basic ingredient formed by blending a grain processed product having a grain size of 6.5 mesh or less with wheat flour, and by adding thereto yeast and auxiliary ingredients such as fat, salt and saccharide, is subjected to water addition and kneading, to thereby form a kneaded body in which the grain processed product is dispersed.
