More specifically, the composition is a solid at 25 DEG C and comprises reduced coenzyme Q10, an organic acid, and a carbonate that contains sodium cations and/or calcium cations. The organic acid is preferably itaconic acid, L-ascorbic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, or erythorbic acid.
