PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a net with pockets and a vegetation mat making it possible to easily store large amounts of materials produced on site and make effective use of the materials. SOLUTION: A net-shaped body 1 has a double structure formed by a front net 2 and a back net 3 overlying each other. A plurality of vertically continuing or appropriately spaced apart storage parts 7 are provided transversely between the nets 2 and 3. At one or a plurality of the transverse mid positions of the storage parts 7, either vertically elongate openings 20 are formed by forming no connections between adjacent warps 2a for a plurality of knots, or horizontally elongate openings 20' are formed by forming no connections between adjacent wefts 2b for a plurality of knots, to form a pocket part 25.
