PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen steamed oyster with frying coating, a frozen food of the oyster, fried oyster of the frozen steamed oyster, and a producing method of the fried oyster.SOLUTION: There is provided a frozen steamed oyster with frying coating, in which the frozen steamed oyster is obtained by freezing a steamed oyster removed from a shell.
