A real-time physiological signal measurement and feedback system, which is stably worn on a body part of an user by two magnetic units attracting both for decreasing the noise of motion, includes a sensor module, a signal processing module and a feedback platform. The sensor module includes a first magnetic unit having a light emitting diode and a second magnetic unit having a photo-detector. When the first magnetic unit attracts the second magnetic unit and the body part of the user is between the the first magnetic unit and the second magnetic unit, the light emitting diode emits a light penetrating the body part of the user and being received by the photo-detector, so an electrical signal is generated by the photo-detector. The signal processing module receives the electrical signal and converts the electrical signal into a digital signal. The feedback platform can process the digital signal so a physiological parameter such as heart rate, oxygen saturation of blood, etc. is generated. An alarm is triggered or not by the feedback platform according to the condition of the physiological parameter.一種即時生理信號量測及回饋系統,適於穩固地佩戴於一使用者(U)之一身體部位上,而可有效減少移動時所產生的雜訊,其包括一感測模組(100)、一信號處理模組(200)及一回饋平台(300)。感測模組(100)包括一具有一發光二極體之第一磁性單元及一具有一感光元件之第二磁性單元。當第一磁性單元隔著身體部位而與第二磁性單元相吸時,發光二極體發射一光線,以穿透身體部位,並由感光元件接收,而產生一電信號。信號處理模組(200)接收電信號並轉換為一數位信號。回饋平台(300)處理數位信號,而產生一生理參數,並根據生理參數之異常與否而觸發一警示效果。
