PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sensitivity sensor, a microphone, a blood pressure sensor and a touch panel.SOLUTION: A sensor includes a support, a deformable film supported by the support, and a detection element provided in the film. The detection element includes a metal layer containing an alloy containing Cu and Ag, a first magnetic layer, a metal-containing layer provided between the metal layer and the first magnetic layer, and containing at least one selected from a group consisting of Ta, Ti and TiN, a second magnetic layer provided between the metal-containing layer and the first magnetic layer, and an intermediate layer provided between the first magnetic layer and the second magnetic layer.
