PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine having a structure and shape capable of applying strong acupressure to acupuncture points existing in the deep parts of shoulders and the root of a neck when a user just lies in a dorsal position.SOLUTION: A massage machine 1 includes: a pair of projections 2 a body part 3 constituted by vertical swelling and a pillow 4 arranged by continuing from the body part 3. The projections 2 are constituted by a pair of right and left projections so as to slightly arches toward a center inner side. The body part 3 is a backrest part on which the back lower than shoulder joints is placed when a user uses the massage machine 1. The pillow 4 is arranged at the highest part side of the body part 3.
