PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine having a structure and shape capable of strongly applying finger pressure to effective points located deep at the roots of shoulder and neck of a user only by causing the user to take a supine posture.SOLUTION: The massage machine 1 includes a pair of projections 2, a body portion 3 formed in a vertically long swollen shape, and a pillow 4 provided continuously to the body portion 3. The projections 2 are laterally provided in a pair and have a shape such that they are arched slightly inward to the center. The body portion 3 is a backrest portion for placing the back lower than the shoulder joints of the user when the user uses the massage machine 1.
