PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair with an intravenous drip pole configured to quickly infuse a drip when the drip is needed, and smoothly move the wheelchair when it is unneeded.SOLUTION: A wheelchair 1 includes a telescopic intravenous drip pole 10 that extends in the vertical direction, and in which an infusion container support member 11 is attached to the upper end thereof. The telescopic intravenous drip pole 10 is fixed or fastened to a frame structure 2 for rotatably supporting wheels 3 and 4 of the wheelchair 1, at a rear side of a backrest 7 of the wheelchair 1. The telescopic intravenous drip pole 10 includes first to fourth hollow members telescopically fitted to one another and lock mechanisms for locking or unlocking two adjacent hollow members adjoined in a diametrical direction of the hollow members, out of the first to fourth hollow members. In a state of being minimized in the vertical direction, the telescopic intravenous drip pole 10 is located on a lower side of the upper end of the backrest 7 or on a lower side of a hand-push handle 7 of the wheelchair 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】点滴が必要なときには迅速に点滴を実施することができ、点滴が不要なときには車椅子を円滑に移動させることができる点滴棒を備えた車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】車椅子1は、上下方向に伸びその上端部に点滴液容器支持部材11が取り付けられた伸縮式点滴棒10を備えている。伸縮式点滴棒10は、車椅子1の背もたれ7の後側において、車椅子1の車輪3、4を回転可能に支持するフレーム構造2に固定又は固着されている。そして、伸縮式点滴棒10は、テレスコープ状に嵌合する第1~第4中空部材と、これらの第1~第4中空部材のうち中空部材直径方向に隣り合う2つの中空部材同士をロック又はアンロックするロック機構とを有する。ここで、伸縮式点滴棒10は、上下方向に最も縮小した状態では、背もたれ7の上端部より下側又は車椅子1の手押しハンドル7より下側に位置するように構成されている。【選択図】図1
