PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair capable of sufficiently securing a movement stroke of a body support part while suppressing upsizing of the body support part.SOLUTION: A chair 1 includes a body supporting part 2 for supporting a users body, and actuators 10 for moving the body supporting part 2 in the direction of having at least a horizontal component. The actuators 10, which are paired on right and left sides, can independently operate, respectively. A direction almost orthogonal to a horizontal direction is set to be an action direction.
