PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise apparatus capable of being used by setting an exercise using a pair of right and left support bodies capable of vertically moving in a state of upwardly supporting soles of both feet of a user so that a right and left direction inclination angle of a sole support part of each support body is suitable for the user.SOLUTION: An exercise apparatus includes: a pair of right and left support base parts Tb capable of vertically moving and fitting bodies Ta capable of being detachably fitted into the support base parts. A fitting body Ta comprises a step part Ta1 the step part Ta1 is fitted into a support base part Tb and is positioned on the upper side to constitute a sole support part Ta1. A right and left direction inclination angle of the sole support part Ta1 corresponds to a combination of a right and left direction inclination angle of a fitting body support part Tb1 and a right and left direction inclination angle formed by a step part Ta1 constituting the sole support part Ta1 with respect to a supported part Ta3 to be supported of a fitting body Ta.
