A method for preparing and using the of producing yeast-polyphenol ferment extract includes growing the cells of a yeast of pichia genus in a growth media to late-logarithmic growth phase, in which the carbon source in the media is exhausted； exposing the cells to a non-cytotoxic dose of polyphenol； and extracting cytoplasmic and extra-cellular components of the exposed yeast cells from the growth media.
