PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for coping with a feeling of a passenger for a vehicle, capable of improving a feeling of each of passengers in a vehicle traveling with plural passengers, reducing a load of consideration of a driver in the vehicle traveling with plural passengers, and obtaining a preferable drive sensation.SOLUTION: A control device 1 for coping with a feeling of a passenger for a vehicle comprises: living body information detection means 2 for respectively detecting plural types of living body information on passengers P1-P4 feeling estimation means 11 for respectively estimating a feeling of each of the passengers P1-P4 based on the living body information detected by the living body information detection means 2 feeling improvement means 3 capable of improving the feeling of each of the passengers P1-P4 and control means 12 for controlling the feeling improvement means 3. The control device further comprises a priority passenger determination part 13 for determining a priority passenger of the passengers P1-P4 whose feeling should be improved in priority to other passengers.
