PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for coping with a feeling of a passenger for a vehicle, capable of improving a feeling of each of passengers in a vehicle traveling with plural passengers, reducing a load of consideration of a driver in the vehicle traveling with plural passengers, and obtaining a preferable drive sensation.SOLUTION: A control device for coping with a feeling of a passenger for a vehicle comprises: living body information detection means 2 for detecting plural types of living body information on passengers feeling estimation means 11 for estimating a feeling of each of the passengers based on the living body information detected by the living body information detection means 2 feeling improvement means 3 capable of improving the feeling of each of the passengers and control means 12 for controlling the feeling improvement means 3. The feeling estimation means 11 comprises a map 11a for storing transition of feeling changes of the passengers for each passenger. The living body information detection means 2 comprises a user terminal 23 capable of detecting behavior history at the time of getting-off in a midway of the travel of the passengers.
