PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for coping with a feeling of a passenger for a vehicle, capable of successfully creating an integration feeling of a driver and passengers.SOLUTION: A control device 1 for coping with a feeling of a passenger for a vehicle comprises: living body information detection means 2 for respectively detecting plural types of living body information on passengers feeling estimation means 11 for respectively estimating a feeling of each of passengers based on the living body information detected by the living body information detection means 2 feeling improvement means 3 capable of improving a feeling of each of the passengers and control means 12 for controlling the feeling improvement means 3. The feeling improvement means 3 comprises plural common sensation guide parts 3a capable of outputting a guide medium which the passengers can perceive in common.
