The present invention relates to a waste water recycling system using a constant-temperature heat source tank, the system in which wastewater is converted into a heat source by separating various kinds of sewage and wastewater in site into sludge and wastewater, so that homeothermal property of wastewater is maintained by allowing a heat exchange between underground water and the wastewater； sludge is converted into solid fuel by drying the sludge using heat energy obtained from the wastewater； heat is supplied to a purifying plant greenhouse and a workplace, etc.； the wastewater used for heat source may be recycled into a purified water after used for growing purifying plants. The present invention provides the above-mentioned apparatus including: a dewatering unit (10) receiving sewage waste, separating into wastewater and sludge, and discharging the separated wastewater and sludge； one or more constant-temperature heat souce tank (20) including a wastewater storage tank (21) storing the wastewater discharged from the dewatering unit and an underground water storage tank (23) storing the underground water and allowing a heat-exchange with the wastewater tank (21)； a drying unit (30) drying the sludge discharged from the dewatering unit (10)； a heat pump (40) performing heat-exchange with the constant temperature heat source tank (20) and supplying heat to a drying unit (30)； a steam injection unit (52) trasferring and supplying steam discharged from the drying unit (30) to the wastewater tank (21)； and a purifying plant greenhouse (60) growing purifying plants using the heat generated from the wastewater discharged from the wastewater tank (21) and the heat pump (40).본 발명은 현장의 각종 오폐수폐기물을 슬러지와 폐수로 분리시켜 폐수를 열원으로 함에 있어 지하수와 폐수의 온도 교환이 가능하게 하여 열원인 폐수의 항온성을 유지시키고, 폐수에서 얻는 열에너지로 슬러지를 건조시켜 고형 연료화 하고, 정화식물 온실 하우스 및 작업장 등에 난방공급이 가능하게 하는 한편, 열원으로 쓰인 폐수는 정화식물 재배를 거쳐 정화된 물로 재활용 하게 되는 항온열원조를 이용한 오폐수폐기물 재활용 시스템에 관한 것으로, 오폐수폐기물을 투입시켜 폐수와 슬러지로 분리 배출되게 하는 탈수장치(10)와, 탈수장치에서 배출되는
