<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall greening planting system decreasing production cost by using a comparatively simple structure and enabling labor saving and automization of plant keeping and managing by cycling control and temperature management of watering, and to provide a planting device usable for the system. <；P>；SOLUTION: The wall greening planting system comprises planting devices 10 for parallelly setting flowerpots, a watering control part 20 for supplying water for watering, a fertilizer managing part 30 for supplying fertilizer and a root area condition control part 40 for controlling and managing water temperature and the like. Water in a watering tank 21 is supplied in the hollow part of a planting device 10 and, when a predetermined amount of water is accumulated, supplied to another planting device 10, and is returned to the watering tank 21 again to be recycled.
