<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of preparing a report without interrupting diagnostic reading during diagnostic reading and report preparation work. <；P>；SOLUTION: An image observation device displays a medial image identified by patient information and receives an input of a comment or annotation to the medical image. A data storage device associates the comment and annotation with the medical image and stores them. This report preparation support device acquires the comment or annotation from the data storage device, and extracts text.
