The present invention relates to a red clay block for a flower garden and a manufacturing method thereof. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a red clay block for a flower garden which is able to show the necessary hardness without adding cement in manufacturing flower garden blocks used in a landscaping project, etc., and minimizes the influence to neighbor plants as the pH is close to neutral after curing, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is characterized in a red clay block for a flower garden, which is manufactured by compression-molding and curing a mixture composition comprising a red clay mixture consisting of red clay, sand and stone powder； binding materials consisting of active red clay, lime and gypsum, which is mixed at 20-100 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the red clay mixture； 3-10 parts by weight water； 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of admixtures； and 0.1-10 parts by weight of EM based on 100 parts by weight of water, and a manufacturing method thereof.
