According to the present invention, the manufacturing method comprises: a step of adding and mixing ginsenoside compound K powder with hexanediol to manufacture a mixture of the ginsenoside compound K powder and hexanediol； a step of adding and mixing the mixture of the ginsenoside compound K powder and hexanediol with polyol to manufacture a mixture of the ginsenoside compound K powder, hexanediol, and polyol； a step of adding and mixing the mixture of the ginsenoside compound K powder, the hexanediol, and polyol to water being stirred at 65 to 75°C to manufacture an aqueous solution containing the ginsenoside compound K. Accordingly, provided are effects of increasing water-solubility of the ginsenoside compound K, which is an insoluble material, and providing an aqueous solution of the ginsenoside compound K, which has improved solubility capable of maintaining a stably dissolved state for a long time, and a manufacturing method thereof.
