PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle beam treatment device that improves an operation efficiency of a facility, and an operation method of the charged particle beam treatment device.SOLUTION: A charged particle beam treatment device 1 includes: a treatment table 4 on which a patient 15 is placed; an irradiation unit 2 for irradiating a charged particle beam B to the patient 15 on the treatment table 4; a control unit 7 for controlling the irradiation unit 2; and an X-ray CT device 40 for measuring a position of a tumor 14 of the patient 15 on the treatment table 4 before the irradiation of the charged particle beam B is started. The control unit 7 controls the irradiation unit 2 so as to correct a scheduled irradiation position based on a treatment plan map on the basis of a deviation between an actually measured position of the tumor 14 acquired by the X-ray CT device 40 before the irradiation of the charged particle beam B is started and an assumed position of the tumor 14 by the treatment plan map created beforehand, and to irradiate the charged particle beam B to the scheduled irradiation position after the correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】施設の稼働効率を向上する荷電粒子線治療装置及び荷電粒子線治療装置の作動方法を提供する。【解決手段】荷電粒子線治療装置1は、患者15を載置する治療台4と、治療台4上の患者15に向けて荷電粒子線Bを照射する照射部2と、照射部2を制御する制御部7と、荷電粒子線Bの照射開始前に治療台4上における患者15の腫瘍14の位置を測定するX線CT装置40と、を備え、制御部7は、荷電粒子線Bの照射開始前にX線CT装置40で得られる腫瘍14の実測位置と、事前に作成された治療計画マップによる腫瘍14の想定位置と、のずれに基づいて治療計画マップに基づく照射予定位置を補正し、補正後の照射予定位置に荷電粒子線Bが照射されるように照射部2を制御する。【選択図】図2
