PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cosmetic Korean traditional paper powder is provided to remove fiber matrix binder such as pectin and lignin and has the property of the Korean traditional paper. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cosmetic Korean traditional paper powder comprises: a step of treating alkali solution on a bark of paper mulberry to remove the black bark； a step of bleaching with a bleaching agent； a step of adding alkali agent on the white bark to make pulp with the fiber of the paper mulberry； a step of washing and drying the fiber of the paper mulberry； and a step of hydrolyzing the fiber to make powder.본 발명은 화장료용 한지 파우더 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 한지의 원료인 닥나무에서 펄프를 분리, 정제하여 파우더화하여 제조한 우수한 통기성을 가지는 화장료용 한지 파우더 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
