The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing expanding feed and to livestock feed using an expander to improve the usage of low-priced materials and meat quality to obtain excellent ratings by expanding different raw materials with high temperature and pressure when producing the livestock feed and then mixing them in order to reduce the process and enhance production efficiency as well as digestion rate. The expanding feed is manufactured through a storage step to select raw materials including corn, soybean cake, repeseed meal, palm kernel expeller, distillers dried grains, coconut meal, rice bran, and limestone and store them in a tower silo； a grinding step to grind them in 2-4mm using a hammer or roller mill, respectively； a processing step to supply the ground materials to the expander and them expand them； another storage step to store the processed materials in a tank； a weighting step to weigh the stored materials； a blending step to blend the stored materials； an aging step to age them at 15-20 deg. C for 20-50hr； and a shipment step to ship the aged livestock feed.본 발명은 익스펜딩 가공 사료 제조방법으로써, 가축사료 제조시 각각의 원료들을 고온, 고압으로 익스펜더 과정을 1회 수행한 후 혼합으로써, 공정을 단축시켜 생산효율성 증대는 물론 소화율을 현저히 개선시켜 저가 원료의 사용량 증대 및 가축의 육질을 향상시켜 우수등급을 받을 수 있는 익스펜더를 이용한 가축사료에 관한 것이다. 원료인 옥수수, 대두박, 채종박, 팜 박, 주정박, 야자박, 미강, 석회석인 원료를 선별하고 탑모양의 저장고인 SILO에 저장하는 저장단계；저장된 원료를 각각 햄머밀 또는 롤러밀을 이용하여 2~4mm로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계； 분쇄단계를 거친 분쇄물을 익스펜더에 투입하여 1회 팽창가공 하는 가공단계； 가공단계를 거친 가공물을 탱크에 저장하는 저장단계； 저장단계를 거친 저장물을 계량하는 계량단계； 계량단계를 거친 각각의 저장물을 혼합하는 혼합단계； 혼합물을 저장하여 15~20℃,20~50시간 동안 숙성하는 숙성단계； 숙성단계를 거친 가축사료를 출하하는 출하단계；를 포함하여 익스펜딩 가공 사료를 제조한다.
