PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of red ginseng leached tea is provided to minimize the heat denaturation of ginsenoside which is an active ingredient, and to use a high vacuum method in which a manufacturing process is not complicated.CONSTITUTION: Selected ginseng is washed with water(S200). The washed ginseng is put into a steamer and steamed at 95-100 deg. C for 10-30 minutes(S300). The steamed ginseng is cooled so that the material temperature becomes 60 deg. C or lower(S400). The cooled ginseng is put into a vacuum drier to vacuum-dry(S500). The vacuum dried red ginseng is pulverized with a pulverizing device to manufacture red ginseng powder(S600). The red ginseng powder is packed to be developed as products. The steaming is performed in the state which far infrared rays are emitted onto the ginseng during steaming by placing a far infrared ray emitting device within the steamer or coating a far infrared ray emitting material on an inner wall of the steamer.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013[Reference numerals] (S100) Classify (S200) Wash (S300) Steam (S400) Cool (S500) Vacuum dry (S600) Pulverize (S700) Pack본 발명은 홍삼침출차의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 증숙된 인삼을 진공 건조기에 투입한 후, 건조기 내부를 고진공상태를 유지하여 건조함으로써 홍삼자체가 받는 열에너지량를 적게하여 홍삼의 대표적 유효성분인 진세노사이드의 열변성을 낮추고, 홍삼에 기공을 형성시켜 넓은 표면적을 가지도록 가공된 홍삼을 분말상 또는 미분상태로 분쇄하여 제품화하는 고진공상태에서 건조시켜 되는 고진공공법을 이용한 홍삼침출차의 제조방법 및 그에 의해 제조된 홍삼침출차에 관한 것이 개시된다.
