PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a liposome, and to provide a manufacturing process thereof.SOLUTION: A liposome is manufactured through a continuous dilution of a lipid solution with a buffer solution in a mixing chamber by supplying the buffer solution to a first reservoir and supplying the lipid solution to a second reservoir. A therapeutic agent, such as a nucleic acid, is contained in either the buffer solution or the lipid solution. When mixing, the liposome that encapsulates a therapeutic product is substantially formed at once. Afterwards, a formed liposome solution is diluted at once with the buffer solution for improvement of its uniformity and for maintenance of its small particle size.【課題】リポソームの製造装置および製造プロセスの提供。【解決手段】第一レザバーに緩衝溶液を、第二レザバーに脂質溶液を供給することによって、混合チャンバ内での緩衝溶液による脂質溶液の連続的な希釈によりリポソームを製造する。治療剤、例えば核酸は、緩衝溶液または脂質溶液の一方に含まれる。混合の際、治療用製品を被包するリポソームは実質的に即時に形成される。その後、形成されたリポソーム溶液は均一性の向上および小さい粒子サイズの維持のために緩衝溶液で即時に希釈される。【選択図】図３Ａ
