The present invention relates to a fermented product for liver function improvement and a manufacturing method thereof. In particular, a mushroom spawn is inoculated into a mixed medium made of aloe and Curcuma longa to be cultured and fermented, and then the mixed and fermented product for liver function improvement is obtained.
