A feed additive for poultry muscle gain weight comprises 75wt% of soybean hulls, 25wt% of mushroom heads, 40wt% of water relative to the mixed total weight of the soybean hulls and the mushroom heads, 1wt% of yeast like fungi relative to the mixed total weight of the soybean hulls and the mushroom heads, and hemicellulase produced by performing a solid fermentation to a mixture of the aforementioned components. A feed, which is manufactured by mixing the feed additive with a basic ration mainly composed of corn and soybean meal, is provided for chickens to eat voluntarily.
