PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut food product which is rich in "scent" and "flavor" coated with chocolate containing liquor.
SOLUTION: The nut food product coated with liquor-containing chocolate has nuts positioned at the center, and a multi-layer structure of two or more of liquor-containing emulsion composition layers containing alcohol content which is ranging from 16 to 40% in chocolate, and two or more of chocolate layers. This nut food product is obtained by rolling of the nuts as the center, spraying liquified chocolate, stirring liquor and chocolate in advance, spraying mixed and emulsified/cooled and hardened emulsion composition, and cooling and hardening it.
