The present invention relates to a water quality conversion device which converts the water quality by containing minerals in water supplied to livestock facilities such as poultry farms, cowsheds, and the like and improves the growth of chickens and milk cows and the quality of eggs, milk, and the like, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The water quality conversion device, which includes minerals in raw water supplied to livestock facilities to improve the growth of chickens and milk cows and the quality of eggs, milk, and the like, comprises: a main body having an inlet accommodating raw water and an outlet converting the quality of raw water and discharging the converted raw water； a shaft mounted in the main body； and a plurality of ceramic parts fitted into the shaft in a spiral shape. The raw water supplied from the inlet collides with the ceramic parts, emits minerals through mineral matter mixed in the ceramic parts, and is discharged through the outlet, such that the mineral matter is dissolved to supply minerals necessary for chickens and milk cows.양계장, 우사 등의 축산 시설에 공급되는 물에 미네랄 등을 함유시켜 수질을 변환하여 닭, 젖소의 성장 발육과 계란, 우유 등의 품질을 향상시키는 수질변환장치 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 축산 시설에 공급되는 원수에 미네랄을 함유시켜 닭, 젖소의 성장 발육과 계란, 우유의 품질을 향상시키는 수질변환장치로서, 원수를 수용하는 입구 및 원수를 수질 변환하여 배출하는 출구를 구비한 본체, 상기 본체 내에 장착된 축, 상기 축에 나선 형상으로 끼워 맞추어진 다수의 세라믹 부품을 포함하며, 상기 입구에서 공급된 원수는 상기 다수의 세라믹 부품과 부딪쳐 상기 세라믹 부품에 혼합되어 있는 광물질을 통해 미네랄을 발산시켜 상기 출구에서 배출되는 구성을 마련하여, 광물질이 녹아내려 닭, 젖소 등에게 필요한 미네랄을 공급할 수 있다.
