PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of efficiently reducing odor included in room air.SOLUTION: An air cleaner A is placed on a floor surface and used, and comprises: a box-shaped casing including an air trunk R formed therein, and comprising a plurality of wheels 90 on a bottom part a deodorizing element 62 through which air introduced into the air trunk R passes heating means for heating the deodorizing element 62 and control means 47. An upper surface part of the casing has a handle 91. The deodorizing element 62 collects an ammonia component. The control means 47 controls blowing means 44 so that an amount and flow rate of air passing through the air trunk R fall within a predetermined range. The suction port 11 is formed in a front surface of the casing. The front-rear direction position of the handle 91 is disposed between the blowing means 44 and the heating means.
