PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave detector capable of improving the accuracy of detecting a pressure pulse wave.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device comprises: a pressure wave detection unit 10 detecting a pressure wave from a radial artery by a pressing surface 10a with a pressure detection element formed thereon being pressed against the radial artery under a skin of a wrist of a subject and an enclosure 20 containing the pressure pulse detection unit with the pressing surface exposed to the wrist side.
