PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave detection device whose mountability can be improved, while suppressing a positional deviation of a pulse wave detection sensor.SOLUTION: A pulse wave detection device used by being mounted on a wrist H of a person to be measured includes a housing 20 that accommodates a pulse wave detection part 10 for detecting a pulse wave from a radial artery TD. The housing 20 includes a first housing part (1a, 1b) and a second housing part (2) whose rigidity is lower than the rigidity of the first housing part.
