PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure pulse wave measurement apparatus capable of improving the accuracy of biological information measurement by flexibly changing the contact state between a sensor part adapted for use for contact with a site of a living body and the site of the living body, and also to provide a biological information measurement apparatus comprising the pressure pulse wave measurement apparatus.SOLUTION: A pressure pulse wave measurement unit 100 comprises: a pressing part 2 for pressing a sensor part 6 on which an element array including pressure detection elements 6a and an element array including a plurality of pressure detection elements 7a are formed and a rotation control member 5 for rotating the sensor part 6 about each of two axes orthogonal to the pressing direction of the pressing part 2. The rotation control member includes a sensor table 3 having a sensor fixing surface 3c with the sensor part fixed thereto, and rotation members each rotating with the pressing direction as an axis of rotation.
