PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement accuracy by overcoming the problem of reduction in the measurement accuracy caused by asymmetry of actually generated deflection waves with respect to an axial direction or the like of a rectangular coordinate system.SOLUTION: A measurement imaging apparatus comprises: a sensor； a signal processing unit； a measurement control unit that scans a measurement target in a lateral direction by generating a steered wave and controls the signal processing unit so as to generate a wave data signal； and a data processing unit that using a phase of a product of two complex signals or a conjugate product signal having as a core a change in an instantaneous phase of a product of two complex analytic signals or a conjugate product signal obtained from a spectrum corresponding to wave data signals generated in at least two time phase, divides a change or phase of instantaneous phases of new waves propagating in directions orthogonal to each other by instantaneous frequencies in the directions orthogonal to each other or a gravity center frequency of a corresponding spectrum to calculate displacement components in the directions orthogonal to each other and calculate a displacement vector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】実際に生成される偏向波動が直交座標系の軸方向等に対して対称にならずに計測精度が低下する問題を克服して、計測精度を向上させる。【解決手段】この計測イメージング装置は、センサーと、信号処理部と、ステアリングされた波動を生成して計測対象を横方向に走査し、波動データ信号を生成するように信号処理部を制御する計測制御部と、少なくとも２つの時相において生成される波動データ信号に対応するスペクトルから得られる２つの複素解析信号の積又は共役積の信号の瞬時位相の変化を核に有する２つの複素信号の積又は共役積の信号の位相を用いて、互いに直交する方向に伝搬する新しい波動の瞬時位相の変化又は位相を互いに直交する方向の瞬時周波数又は対応するスペクトルの重心周波数で除することにより、互いに直交する方向の変位成分を算出して変位ベクトルを算出するデータ処理部とを備える。【選択図】図２
