PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure analyzer, a blood pressure measurement device, a blood pressure analysis method and a blood pressure analysis program capable of correctly determining a factor of blood pressure change which is useful in diagnosis.SOLUTION: A blood pressure analyzer 2 determines whether or not first blood pressure information of an optional beat out of blood pressure information for plural beats recorded in a recording medium 14 for recording blood pressure information for plural beats which are calculated for one beat unit based on a pulse wave detected from a wrist of a subject, and wrist motion information detected by an acceleration sensor 12 in a detection period of the pulse wave which is a calculation source of the blood pressure information for plural beats, is changed by a threshold value TH 1 or more, to second blood pressure information of a beat which is previous to the optional beat, and if the determination result is YES, determines whether a factor of blood pressure change is a motion of a wrist or other than the motion of the wrist, based on detection information of the acceleration sensor detected in the detection period of the pulse wave which is the calculation source of the first blood pressure information, then, associates the determination result and the first blood pressure information and records them in a recording medium 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】診断に有用となる血圧変化の要因を正確に判定することのできる血圧解析装置、血圧測定装置、血圧解析方法、及び血圧解析プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】血圧解析装置2は、被測定者の手首から検出される脈波に基づいて1拍単位で算出された複数拍分の血圧情報と、複数拍分の血圧情報の算出元となる脈波の検出期間中に加速度センサ12により検出された手首の動き情報とを記録する記録媒体14に記録された複数拍分の血圧情報のうちの任意の拍の第一の血圧情報が、任意の拍よりも前の拍の第二の血圧情報に対して閾値TH1以上変化しているか否かを判定し、判定結果がYESの場合に、第一の血圧情報の算出元となる脈波の検出期間で検出された加速度センサの検出情報に基づき、血圧変化の原因が手首の動きによるものと手首の動き以外によるものとのどちらであるかを判定し、この判定結果と第一の血圧情報とを関連付けて記録媒体23に記録する。【選択図】図4
