The present invention relates to a method for producing a ginseng composition and to a ginseng composition produced using the same, wherein the method comprises the steps of: producing an extract by pulverizing pomegranates and macerating the pomegranates in ethanol； producing a pomegranate concentrate by concentrating the extract； and mixing 0.1-100 parts by weight of the pomegranate concentrate based on 100 parts by weight of a ginseng extract.
