<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrapped bean jam product-producing apparatus which facilitates the formation of a wrapped bean jam product having a low viscous outer skin material. <；P>；SOLUTION: The wrapped bean jam product-producing apparatus includes an inner wrapping material-feeding cylinder 12 having an inner wrapping material inlet 16 and inner wrapping material exit 18, and an outer skin material-feeding cylinder 14 having an outer skin material inlet 38 and an outer skin material exit 40 at a lower position than the inner wrapping material exit 18 and coaxially disposed with the inner wrapping material-feeding cylinder in a state having a cylindrical space 34 between the inner and outer skin material-feeding cylinders. The outer skin material-feeding cylinder 14 is upward moved, and an outer skin material D is simultaneously fed on a material-receiving surface B through the outer skin material exit 40. From the time for feeding a constant amount of the outer skin material D to the material-receiving surface to the finish time of the feeding of the outer skin material D, the outer skin material D is fed from the outer skin material exit 40, and the inner wrapping material A is simultaneously discharged through the inner wrapping material exit 18.
