<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a device of skin needles capable of manufacturing low cost skin needles. <；P>；SOLUTION: The temperature of a syringe 45 is controlled by a heater 46 to dissolve a material installed in the syringe 45. A pressure is applied to the dissolved material 80 by a pressure control mechanism 60 so that a part of the material 80 is injected from the tip of a hollow pin 47 and the injection end is stuck to a base 55.
