<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural film perforating device for efficiently producing an agricultural porous film having many drain holes on both the sides in the width direction, and to be used as internal stretching of an agricultural greenhouse to be used in greenhouse cultivation. <；P>；SOLUTION: This agricultural film perforating device (A1) includes drawing-out rollers (1 and 1a) which draw out an agricultural film (50) by placing a film rolling body (5) in a rollable manner； a perforating roller (2) which has a perforating pin (20) on the outer periphery, and perforates drain holes (51) with the perforating pin (20) to the end side in the width direction of the drawn agricultural film (50)； and a sending roller (2) which sends out the perforated agricultural film (50).
