Patch for administering a permeant by means of at least one artificial pathway formed through a biological membrane of a subject, comprising: a) a matrix； b) at least one hydrophilic permeant disposed within the matrix, in which at least a portion of the hydrophilic permeant can be dissolved in the biological moisture received from at least one path formed through the biological membrane of the subject； and c) at least one permeability enhancer disposed within the matrix, the permeability enhancer being a pH control agent that adjusts at least a portion of the biological moisture received at a non-physiological pH and maintains the solubility of the hydrophilic permeant, being the non-physiological pH in the range selected from the group consisting of the acidic pH range from 2 to 6 and the basic pH range from 8 to 10.Parche para administrar un permeante por medio de al menos una vía artificial formada a través de una membrana biológica de un sujeto, que comprende: a) una matriz； b) al menos un permeante hidrófilo dispuesto dentro de la matriz, en el que al menos una porción del permeante hidrófilo se puede disolver en la humedad biológica recibida de al menos una vía formada a través de la membrana biológica del sujeto； y c) al menos un potenciador de permeabilidad dispuesto dentro de la matriz, siendo el potenciador de permeabilidad un agente de control de pH que ajusta al menos una porción de la humedad biológica recibida a un pH no fisiológico y mantiene la solubilidad del permeante hidrófilo, estando el pH no fisiológico en el intervalo seleccionado del grupo que consiste en el intervalo de pH ácido de 2 a 6 y el intervalo de pH básico de 8 a 10.
