A tibial osteotomy spreader according to the present invention comprises: a tip part which is inserted into an osteotomy site, and having one end of a first tip of a pair and one end of a second tip of the pair rotatably coupled to each other； a handle part detachably coupled to the other ends of the first tip and the second tip, and spacing apart, from each other, the other ends of the first tip and the second tip； and a fixing block inserted between the first tip and the second tip spaced apart by the handle part so as to maintain a spaced gap between the first tip and the second tip. The tibial osteotomy spreader according to the present invention can be separated from the handle part after the tip part is inserted into the osteotomy site, and thus it is easy to secure a space when a plate is fastened to the osteotomy site, and the present invention does not require a process of removing the spreader during the procedure, and thus the efficiency of the procedure can be improved.
