This utility model disclosed the process of producing choco-black rice ice cream product comprises of a value-added favorite desert and also a healthy and organic desert for human consumption which can be a good potential for commercialization wherein at least the process of making choco-black rice ice cream comprising the steps: grinding of unpolished black rice sieving of the ground black rice cooking the sieved black rice mixing of black rice, coconut milk, cream, white sugar and cocoa blending the mixture until smooth placing the blended mixture in a glass bowl soaking the mixture in ice with salt and mix continuously for a predetermined of time packing the mixture in suitable containers (to the small plastic cups) and freezing the containers with the mixture at freezing temperature to solidify as ice cream.
