The present invention relates to a method for producing malt powder containing black barley, which comprises the following steps: (a) soaking black barley corn and barsoy in water respectively, and then germinating the same through a seed soaking process (b) drying the black barley corn and barsoy germinated in the step (a) and (c) mixing black barley corn and barsoy dried in the step (b) and then pulverizing the same thereafter.
