PURPOSE: A producing method of chicken feed additive for reinforcing iron using capsosiphon fulvescens are provided to mix the capsosiphon fulvescens with black sugar for fermenting. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chicken feed additive for reinforcing iron using capsosiphon fulvescens comprises the following steps: washing the capsosiphon fulvescens with water； firstly drying the capsosiphon fulvescens with a hot air drier at 50-60 deg C； washing the firstly dried capsosiphon fulvescens in flowing water； secondly drying the capsosiphon fulvescens using the hot air drier at 50-60 deg C； crushing the dried capsosiphon fulvescens； mixing the crushed capsosiphon fulvescens and black sugar in a ratio of 5:2, and fermenting the mixture for 2-3 weeks at 20-25 deg C before storing for 1 week； washing the aged capsosiphon fulvescens mixture with the water, and separating supernate； separating the moisture from the capsosiphon fulvescens precipitate, and drying before crushing； sterilizing the crushed capsosiphon fulvescens precipitate at 80-100 deg C； and adding 0.05-0.2% of produced additive to chicken feed. 본 발명은 매생이(Capsosiphon fulvescens)를 이용한 철분강화 닭사료 첨가물에 관한 것으로서, 매생이가 가지고 있는 유용한 성분들 중 특히 닭과 계란의 성분에 유용한 효과를 줄 수 있는 철분을 이용하여 사료에 첨가하여 사용할 수 있도록 매생이를 처리 구성하고 필요 따라 식품첨가용 철분을 추가하여 그 정도를 조절한 닭사료 용 첨가물을 제조하여 닭사료에 첨가한 후 사용할 수 있도록 하는 매생이를 이용한 철분강화 닭사료 첨가물에 관한 것이다.
