The present invention relates to a method for acquiring psychological state data of a user and determining the psychological state of the user, and a user terminal, a server and a kit for psychological state determination using the same. According to the present invention, the method includes: acquiring first input data for biosignal measured by a sensor, second input data determining the mental state of a user by an interaction with virtual reality (VR) content, and third input data acquiring a state indicated on a saliva analyzer by a camera module； and referring to the first, the second, and the third input data to determine or support the determination of the user′s psychological state.본 발명은 사용자의 심리 상태 데이터를 획득하고 상기 사용자의 심리 상태에 대하여 판단하기 위한 방법, 이를 이용한 사용자 단말, 서버, 및 심리 상태 판단용 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 센서를 통해 측정된 생체신호에 대한 데이터인 제1 입력 데이터, VR(virtual reality) 콘텐츠와의 인터랙션(interaction)을 통해 상기 사용자의 정신 상태를 판단한 데이터인 제2 입력 데이터 및 타액분석기에 나타난 상태를 카메라 모듈을 통해 획득한 데이터인 제3 입력 데이터를 획득하고, 상기 제1 입력 데이터, 상기 제2 입력 데이터 및 상기 제3 입력 데이터를 참조로 하여 상기 사용자의 심리 상태에 대하여 판단하거나 판단하도록 지원하는 방법, 그리고 이를 이용한 사용자 단말, 서버, 및 심리 상태 판단용 키트가 제공된다.
